Hayley is a Client Manager at HLS Accounting, working closely with clients across South Wales on the day-to-day reality of running a small business: accounts, tax, VAT, and bookkeeping.
Background
A Chartered Certified Accountant and active member of the ACCA, Hayley has spent nearly ten years in practice. That long-standing experience in accountancy firms means she has seen the full lifecycle of small business finance, from year end compliance through to the trickier VAT and bookkeeping questions that crop up between filings.
Hayley joined HLS Accounting in June 2025 as a Client Manager, bringing her practice background to the team and quickly becoming a trusted point of contact for clients.

- Year end accounts: preparing statutory and management accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
- Tax returns: corporation tax, self assessment, and partnership returns
- VAT: a point of contact for VAT queries, registrations, returns, and scheme advice
- Bookkeeping: supporting clients with their bookkeeping setup, queries, and ongoing records
Outside work
Hayley is an adventure, food, and dog lover.
