Hannah Simpson FCCA is the Director of HLS Accounting. After ten years working in small, family-run accountancy practices across South Wales, she founded HLS Accounting in 2022 to support small businesses on their growth journey. Hannah is also the current Chair of ACCA Wales, representing Welsh accountants on the international stage.

Olivia Robinson is the Head of Payroll at HLS Accounting. Joining the team in August 2023, she leads all payroll and CIS work for the firm's clients. With years of experience gained across larger accountancy practices before joining HLS, Olivia has handled payrolls of every shape and size, and brings a conscientious, accuracy-first approach to every client she works with.

Hayley Hawkins FCCA is a Client Manager at HLS Accounting. Joining the team in June 2025, Hayley supports clients with year end accounts, tax returns, and serves as a key point of contact for VAT and bookkeeping queries. A Chartered Certified Accountant with nearly ten years in practice, Hayley brings a meticulous, reliable approach to every client she works with.

Rhian Badman is an Accounts Assistant at HLS Accounting, with over 30 years of experience supporting small businesses across South Wales. Rhian joined the team in November 2023 through the acquisition of John Smart Chartered Accountants, where she had been a valued member of the team for more than three decades. She is the main point of contact for her clients on VAT and bookkeeping matters.

Beth keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes at HLS Accounting. As our part-time administrator, she's often the first point of contact when you call or email, handling enquiries, scheduling appointments, and making sure everything stays organised so the team can focus on looking after your accounts. Friendly, efficient, and always happy to help, Beth is a familiar voice to many of our clients across south Wales.
